An empty building seeking a buyer in the market town of Heathfield East Sussex. Until June 2018 it was a branch of the Natwest Bank and served the town and a rural hinterland. The bank has closed a number of branches in this rural area of the South East of England. Its solution to customer difficulties in visiting a bank is to provide a mobile bank which calls into the town once a week for less than an hour. A "Community Banker" is also avaoilable once a week at the local library to offer help and advicebut not give you access to your cash!
