Steelworker, Petty Officer 3rd Class Mandy Lewis, paints the trim of a classroom window during a three-day Joint Service Community Assistance Volunteers project while deployed to the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. The CAV team, through donations and fundraisers, helped refurbish a boy's orphanage school called the Assemblee Mondiale Des Jeunes Musulmans Center National Pour La Protection as well as donated a washing machine.
