Maj. Paul Wooster, a land staff officer for Space Command, briefs students in the Army Space Cadre Basic Course Sept. 23 at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo., Wooster is the first member of the British Army to attend the course, which educates Soldiers and civilians on the fundamentals of space capabilities, space systems and space organizations, Sept. 12-23.
