Numbers of guanaco (Lama guanicoe) is rapidly declining in Parque National Pan de Azucar Atacama Region III Chile South America. On last count only about 40 individuals were left. Feral dogs has been observed rounding up and killing guanaco. Chilean towns are overrun by feral dogs and people also release unwanted animals in a park. No action has been taken by administration to protect remaining population. #text=All
