London UK 12 August 2018 After the Tamil devotees taking part in the Chariot festival everybody went for free food in the local park ,where a huge array of activities and commerce was congregated ,toys ,textiles, karaoke and big pots of rice and vegetable curry was served free of charge ,some of the devotees taking part showed the scars of the hooks attached to their backs ,while the late comers arriving at the temple needed lots of encouragement to finish ,specially those who were rolling behind the chariot ,with some been cover in flour to alleviate the punishment of rolling in concrete in their backs@Paul Quezada-Neiman/Alamy Live News
