MPs have voted to pass the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill at second reading. The bill is a legislation, containing 300 pages of a wide range of new laws including powers to crack down on protests, and tougher penalties for knife carriers and killer drivers which has sparked opposition by civil liberties groups.
