Home cooked soda bread, made in a halogen oven, that has been made with olive oil, salt, baking soda, chopped rosemary, chopped stuffed green olives, plain flour, self raising flour and buttermilk. It is customary to cut a deep cross two thirds of the way through the dough before cooking. In this case more cuts have been made to make smaller sections.
