Two hundred twenty infantrymen from the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division attempted to earn the expert infantryman badge from Sept. 26-30 at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. In the end, 29 candidates earned the honor of wearing the badge.
