Svetlana Fabricant - deputy of head of political party "Strong Ukraine" -- Political party "Strong Ukraine" presented the project "Voice of the elections - the right of everyone," designed to help internally displaced people from the war zone to take part in the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada on October 26. As said the deputy head of the party Svetlana Fabricant, every immigrant who wants to vote in an election has the right to do it in the region of the country, where he is today.
