London, UK. 29th March, 2016. A campaigner from Act Up holds a pink spotted phallus at the protest at the London offices of NHS boss Simon Stevens, briefly occupying its foyer, after a statement from NHS England delayed adoption of PrEP, a pre-emptive treatment against AIDS for at least 2 years. They say the treatment, shown to be effective and cost-effective for anyone at high risk, is being delayed to protect excessive profits of drug companies despite a current serious HIV epedemic.
