KARACHI, PAKISTAN, NOV 11: Man shows his sealed off flat on the orders Sindh High Court for evacuate Railways land in 24 hours at Gulistan-e-Johar in Karachi on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Sindh High Court has directed the authorities concerned to evacuate Railways' land in 24 hours and arrest builder Abdul Razaq Khamosh till November 18 and produce him before the court. At least 70 residential flat of a project, built on Railways land in Gulistan-e-Johar, were sealed off on court orders on Tuesday. Also, residents of more than 100 flats were directed to evacuate the place in three days.
