Katsuto Deguchi meet onboard JMSDF Sasebo District Headquarters in Sasebo, Japan during a visit to Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo Feb. 18, 2021. Wellons visited CFAS to review CFAS’ contributions to Forces Japan’s mission and meet with local Japan Self-Defense Force partners to reaffirm the alliance.
