Floating debris trapped against a pier on a bridge, partially blocking the river channel. The river is the Tamar, which is the border between the counties of Devon and Cornwall. The bridge is the historic Greystone Bridge, on the B3362 between Launceston and Tavistock. The debris was washed down-river by recent heavy rain.
