People walk past the nyayo monument at central park in Nairobi, It was built in 1988 during the late Daniel Arap Moi's regime to commemorate 25 years of President of Kenya, Daniel Arap Moi died aged 95 while undergoing treatment at the Nairobi Hospital on February 4, 2020. He was president for 24 years from 1978 to 2002.
