MAYPORT, Fla. (Nov. 23, 2016) – Capt. James Midkiff, commanding officer of amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), addresses the crew following a frocking ceremony on the ship’s flight deck. Iwo Jima recently returned to her homeport after participating in Veterans Week New York City 2016 to honor the service of all our nation's veterans.
