Afghanistan (July 16, 2007) - The Afghan national army and police stand in ranks during the change of command ceremony for Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTC-A). They were included to show the partnership between coalition forces and the Afghans at every level. Brig. Gen. Robert W. Cone took the reigns of command from Maj. Gen. Robert E.
