Stanage Pole, Peak District National Park, England, UK.

A pole has stood here on Hallam moor since at least 1550. It marks the border between Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. The pole is erected next to the ancient packhorse road known as the long causway or causey that linked Sheffield and Hathersage.
