Atlas statue, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, New York, New York State, United States of America. The Art Deco statue is the work of German-born American sculptor Lee Lawrie, 1877 - 1963 in collaboration with American sculptor Rene Paul Chambellan, 1893 - 1955. The 45 feet tall sculpture was installed at the Rockefeller Center in 1937.
