Parts of a horse's harness Cimmerian/Thracian(?) circa 1000 to 800 BC. Bronze with partly rough, bright green patina. Six belt guides decorated with stylised horses heads, each with three loops connected by crosspieces. Furthermore three four-part bits, the single parts connected by cast loops and decorated with openwork end buttons. Length 13 to cm (belt guides) respectively 29 cm (bits). The Museum of Natural History in Vienna holds comparable pieces. Cf.: Probst, Deutschland in der Bronzezeit.
