Great stocks of gladi- oli are seen, but are hard to move. NOTES. The delegates coming back from the convention report having had a good time, being treated royally by the Bos- ton boys. They were surprised at the stories of the great heat, as the concli- tions in Boston were all that could be desired, except for the rain on Friday. They were loud in their praises of their treatment by the New York Florists' Club, who gave them a splendid din- ner on the boat. In the evening's en- tertainment Robert Craig and Charlie (Irakelon- were on hand with side splitting stories. Telling stories is one of the gifts of Charlie Crakelow. and he and Robert Craig kept the Phila- delphia club to the fore in this respect, making a great hit with their humor.
