BURPEE'S SEED CORN. 107 BURPEE'S GOLDEN BEAUTY CORN. The productiveness of the Golden Beauty is due to the economical shape of the ears and the fact that a large proportion of the stalks produce two tine ears. It is the largest grained and handsomest yellow corn we have ever seen. The ears are of perfect shape, with ten to fourteen straight rows of brightest golden-yellow grains, of remarkable size, and completely tilled out to the extreme end of cob. The cobs are unusually small; when broken in half, the grains will always reach across. The richness of color and tine quality of grain make it very superior for grinding into meal. The ears are easily shelled, al- though the kernels are firm on the ear, and in every"respect present as perfect a type as could be desired. The stalks take a strong hold in the ground; grow vigorously to a height of eight to ten feet. In 1885 C. W. Holman's, West Willington, Conn., prize crop was 158% bushels shelled corn on one acre. Price 10 cts. per package; 30 cts. per ft>; 3 lbs. for 75 cts., postpaid, by mail. By express or freight, per peck 65 cts.; per bushel $ ; per sack of 2 bushels $; 10 bushels or more at $ per bushel, sacks included. EARLY MASTODON DENT CORN. Descriptive of this Corn we quote the following:— "I claim that it is the largest-eared early Dent Corn ever seen in this section of the country, and the largest grain of any early Dent Corn. It grows strong, rank, quick, and makes the finest appearing shelled corn of them all, being purely Dent, of two shades of white and yellow. To convince your customers that it will ripen with them, just say that it was grown within eight miles of Lake ; Prices same as for Golden Beauty. CHESTER COUNTY MAMMOTH. It yield
