YOKOSUKA, Japan (Nov. 7, 2012) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Dennis Mata, assigned to Naval Hospital Yokosuka, wraps gauze around the head of a simulated patient during a bilateral mass casualty drill at Fleet Activities, Yokosuka. The exercise familiarized and Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force Sailors with their responsibilities and demonstrated interoperability in responding to potential mass casualty disasters.
