Masami Yamakado, 1st Battalion 69th Infantry, both members of the New York Army National Guard, compete on the second day of the 26th Winston P. Wilson Sniper Championship at Ft. Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, Ark. on April 23, 2017. The event attracted contenders from around the world to test their marksmanship skills and compete for top honors.
