Delhi police constable "Than Singh" seen wearing a facemask while teaching kids in an open class during Covid19 Delhi police constable "Than Singh" organized open school classes for kids unable to afford online education during Covid19 pandemic. Most of the students attending these classes are children of laborers, living in the area behind the Redford new Delhi who cannot afford smartphones and computers, this forced the constable to resume the open school classes. The classes are run from the "Sai temple" in the Delhi Red Fort parking area.
