Solola Guatemala


The market town is a centre for Kakchiquel Mayan indigenous peoples or group, who live in the midwestern highlands. They wear traditional woven patterned dresses, and bring produce to sell in the market. Most women weave their own clothes and clothes for their families and often ribbons in their hair.
