Chef Phillipe Parola of the Silverfin Group Inc. and Culinary Specialist Seaman Lemuel Corpuz, transformed the large fish into a delicacy the judges enjoyed during Navy Week NOLA’s Louisiana Seafood Cookoff. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase the awareness of the Navy’s role and purpose in our national defense.
