= Pertsov’s House on Prechistenskaya Embankment in Spring = View of Pertsov’s House from Patriarchy bridge on a sunny spring day. The pre-revolutionary house of engineer Pertsev was belonged to his wife (also known as House of Pertsova) and was built in 1907 near the Cathedral of Christ the Savior on Pretchistenskaya embankment by project of talented painter and architect Sergey Malutin in neo-Russian style. By idea of the owner, apartments in this fairy-tale house were made as studios and given for rent to the famous and prominent artists of that time.
