FORT BENNING, Ga (July 23, 2018) – Jean-Marc Lefranc, center, a member of the National Assembly of France from 2002 to 2012, receives recognition for his work in Normandy, France, to recognize the actions of Army rangers in the D-Day campaign in 1944 during World War II. Nine Soldiers and one French civilian are inducted into the Ranger Hall of Fame, July 18, 2018, in Marshall Auditorium at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Ranger Hall of Fame is held annually in July at Fort Benning, Georgia and was formed to honor and preserve the spirit and contributions of America's most extraordinary Ranger
