A few hundred British based Poles marched and held service at The Polish War Memorial in South Ruislip, London for the 4th March Commemorating the ‘Cursed Soldiers’. The Cursed Soldiers (or Doomed Soldiers) were underground/partisan groups battling for independence in the later of the stages of the Second World War and afterwards against the communists.
