DENVER — Soldiers assigned to the Utah Homeland Response Force’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Emergency Response Force Platform (CERFP) train on rescue techniques at the North Metro Fire Rescue Training Area, as part of Colorado’s Vigilant Guard exercise, July 23 and into the early morning hours of July 24.
