Church of Saint Bartholomew (Kostel svatého Bartoloměje) in Kolín in Central Bohemia, Czech Republic. Two Gothic bell towers at the left as well as the main nave were built in the end of the 13th century and completed before 1300. The bell tower at the right was completed in 1504.
