Le Fort skull fractures. 3D computed tomography (CT) scan of the facial bones of the skull of a 35-year-old man with multiple traumatic fractures. These include an internal orbital fracture of the right maxilla (upper left), and a fracture of the bony palate (lower centre) in the area between the upper teeth and the nose. These fractures are of a type known as Le Fort fractures of the skull.
