A dome framework across the intersection of Cuba St and Abel Smith St holds multiple umbrellas. The installation is getting the finishing touches before the 2018 CubaDupa festival, a weekend event of music and food and market stalls in the centre of Wellington. Cuba St is a registered Historic Area, and famous as Wellington's alternative 'little Bohemia'.
