Zagora, near Plave village, (SLO) : the ex war cemetery 'Generale Prelli' and its chapel dedicated to St. Louis. The bodies of 4,000 Italian soldiers and 220 Austro-Hungarians were buried there, all of them killed at Zagora, on mount Kuk and on mount Vodice. Gen. Prelli wished to be buried among his soldiers and his wish was fulfilled when he died, in 1919. Some years later, the corpses of the Italian soldiers were transferred into the Oslavia ossuary, but the General's remains were transferred to Redipuglia, nobody knows why.
