Graham Arnold Perstein DECISION First two places arranged according to rank. *By winningfirst place, Mr. Potter earned the right to represent the Universityof Missouri in the Missouri Valley Oratorical Contest at WashingtonUniversity, St. Louis, March 17. Potter won third place in the Missouri Valley Oratorical Valley Universities competed and the competition was exceedinglyclose, there being only one point of difference between second and thirdplaces. Third honor also won for Potter a gold medal.
