California National Guardsmen from Joint Task Force Rattlesnake, Fresno Unit, Joint Task Force 115, perform a Tool Out, or tool inspection, while loudly reciting the 10 standard firefighting orders and 18 watch out situations May 12, 2021 at the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Millerton Training Site in Friant, California. Cal Guard’s full-time firefighters were getting certified as a CAL FIRE Type II initial attack crew and underwent a series of challenges, in preparation for the upcoming wildfire season.
