Rustam Hasanov, a baklava master, prepares the pastry at his kitchen and shop at the same time in Quba, Azerbaijan. Rustam makes these sweets using the ancestral recipe from the 19th century. His father, also baklava master, taught him all secrets of the baklava preparation when Rustam was 15. Since that time Rustam changed few professions and worked in different countries, but then decided to come back home and continue the business of his father.
