SISTER LOU CIEL BRIGGS, ofCody, Wyoming, has completed a two-year mission, serving energeticallyevery position she was called to per-form. During her eighteen months inAuckland she served as a proselytingmissionary and as President of theMission Young Womens Mutual Im-provement Association, making out-standing progress in the programmethroughout New Zealand. SisterBriggs did much to assist in the de-velopment of the newly formed NorthShore Branch, and is greatly missedby the Saints there. She also completed
