Gomphidae dragonfly fossil. Fossilised specimen of a Gomphidae dragonfly. This specimen has a wingspan of 7 centimetres. It dates from around 135 million years ago, and was found in Liaonning province, China. It is part of the collections of the Entomology department at the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN) in Paris, France.
