MEDITERRANEAN SEA (July 4, 2018) Cmdr. John Tobin, center, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78), jumps from the flight deck during a swim call. Porter is forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, on its fifth patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
