Color in alcohol: in general, a rich reddish brown, essentially as described for D. dura and others (Chickering, 1951). Records. Seven paratype males from El Volcan, Panama, Au- gust, 1950. It seems probable that one of the two kinds of females described from the same locality and collected during the same period should be matched with these males but this is not at present possible to do with any certainty.
