Jimsey Roberts of the 719th Transportation Company and native of Newark, , studies a map during the land navigation and map reading portion of the 2013 New York Army National Guard's Best Warrior Competition held here, march 23-24, 2013. Roberts performance during the competition earned him the top Active, Guard, and Reserve (AGR) NCO of the Year honors.
