Prince Maurits, together with a group of friends, makes a journey over the beach of Scheveningen to hats in the sailing car built by Simon Stevin, April-May 1602. Left a small sailing trolley, probably a prototype, with a few people on-board. On the beach various elegant spectators and some fishermen. On a double blade from the Blaeu cities book, printed on both sides with text in Latin.
