Jalapeno peppers grow on a plantation run by the Ejido Reforma Agraria (Agrarian Reform), who also run Las Guacamayas Eco-tourist Center, in Chiapas, Mexico, February 27, 2010. In addition to farming, the ejido runs the eco-tourist center Las Guacamayas, reproduces the Scarlet Macaw in its natural habitat, reforests the jungle by setting aside a large percentage of land for a nature preserve, helping to protect many animals in danger of extinction.
