A volunteer tends to memorial flowers outside the Notting Hill Methodist Church on Lancaster Road during the fire caused by an electrical fault in a refrigerator, broke out in the 24-stored Grenfell Tower block of flats in North Kensington, West London where 72 people died, more than 70 others were injured and 223 people escaped.
