AL Kennedy is a Scottish writer and stand-up comedian. She is the author of six novels, two books of non-fiction, and five collections of short stories. Her new book (published in March 2013) is On Writing, a masterclass in the craft of writing, based on the hugely popular blog that Kennedy writes for the Guardian. She lives in Glasgow and is a part-time lecturer in creative writing at Warwick University. Pictured at 5 x 15 event The Tabernacle , west London. Guest speakers.
