Ancient wayside cross raising in front of GNB Bank and Westin Hotel Towers at San Isidro, the Lima bussiness and financial district. Since the 16th century in South America, roadside crucifix were literally raised on the side of the main roads and superimposed on ancient pre-Hispanic places of worship.
