Copenhagen, Denmark, 5th June, 2015. The amendment of the Danish Constitution in 1915 gave Danish women the right to vote and stand for election. This important anniversary is celebrated in Copenhagen on the Constitution Day by the Government, the Parliament and the ongoing Distortion Festival in Copenhagen. The tower of twisted dragon tails on the old Stock Exchange building and the tower of Christiansborg Palace are flying the Danish flag, the Dannebrog, from the turret openings in celebration of the anniversary.
