Anthony Joseph and Chief Boatswains Mate Munira Ferah watch as Boatswains Mate 2nd Class Billie Johnson guided a Romanian Puma Helicopter to the flight deck aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) during an underway engagement with the Romanian Navy Nov 7. Ross, homeported in Rota, Spain, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interest in Europe.
