Hamer used by King Willem III in laying the first stone of the railway bridge over the IJssel near Zutphen, Hamer with palm wood head. The end of the stem is decorated with pearl edge and plant motifs. On the head on one side carved crowned lions from black wood above a banderole with the inscription: 'JE MAINTIENDRAI', on the other side silver plate with inscription. On top of embossed compass, square and chisel between oak wreaths. Dated: XXII October MDCCCLXI. Marked: SR .... (unreadable).
